How Pricing Works

I don’t put prices on my website, and here’s why: a one-truck plumber in Plymouth and a three-location HVAC company covering half of Oakland County need very different things. What I can do is explain exactly how I charge, so there are no surprises when you get a quote.

Two Separate Costs: My Fee and Google's

My Management Fee

This is what you pay me to build and run your marketing. It’s quoted up front, based on which services you choose and how much ground you cover.

What You Pay Google

For Google Ads, your ad spend is billed by Google directly to your card. For Local Services Ads, Google bills you for the leads you get. I never mark up your ad spend, because it doesn’t pass through me. You can see every charge in your own Google account.

Google Ads Management Terms

  • Flat monthly management fee
  • Ad spend billed by Google directly
  • Call recording included, so you can hear the calls your ads produce
  • 3-month minimum, then month-to-month
  • No setup fee

Why the 3-month minimum? The first weeks are spent gathering data, cutting searches that don’t book jobs, and adjusting bids. Three months gives enough time to judge results fairly. After that, you stay because it’s working, not because a contract says so. Read about Google Ads management.

Other Services

Local Services Ads Management

Leads are billed by Google separately. Read about Local Services Ads management.

What Affects Your Quote

  • Which services you want: one, several, or all four
  • How many locations or Google Business Profiles you have
  • How many cities or service areas you want to target
  • Your trade and how seasonal your work is
  • Whether you’re starting from scratch or I’m taking over existing accounts

What You Won't Pay For

  • Shared leads. Leads from your own ads and profile come to you, not to four other contractors at the same time, the way many lead services work.
  • Hidden markups on ad spend.
  • A setup fee for Google Ads management.

Pricing by Trade

The services are the same for every trade, but the mix and budget usually aren’t. See how I approach plumber marketing, HVAC marketing, roofing marketing, and tree service marketing, or see all services.

Pricing FAQ

Why Don't You List Prices?

Because the right setup depends on your business. I’d rather give you one real number than a range that doesn’t fit.

How Much Should I Spend on Ads?

It depends on your trade, your area, and how many jobs you can handle. On a call, I’ll talk through a starting budget that makes sense for your capacity and goals, and you set the final number.

Can I Cancel?

For Google Ads management, after the 3-month minimum you’re month-to-month.
