Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or the platform that sends our text messages, is permitted. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information like pages viewed and time on site. We use call tracking and session scripts from LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) to show tracking phone numbers and attribute calls and form submissions to marketing sources.

How We Share Information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form handling, our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), scheduling (Calendly), email, and analytics. They may use it only to provide services to us.
When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or others.
In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.

The text messaging protections in the “Text Messaging (SMS)” section above apply to all sharing.

Client Account Data

If you hire us, we may get access to your Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel, or other accounts and the data in them, such as call recordings and lead details. We use that access only to provide the services you’ve hired us for.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to provide services, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Texts: reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
