These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of campaignsconvert.com and the text messaging program operated by Campaigns That Convert LLC (“Campaigns That Convert,” “we,” or “us”), based in Plymouth, Michigan. By using the site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting spam or false information through our forms, trying to get unauthorized access, or interfering with how the site works.
The content on this site is general information about our services and isn’t a guarantee of any specific result, ranking, number of leads, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including Google’s systems, your market, and your competition. Any references to Google products describe them as we understand them. Google may change its products and policies at any time.
Services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Campaigns That Convert LLC. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the services it covers. Advertising costs (such as Google Ads spend and Local Services Ads lead charges) are billed by Google directly under Google’s terms and are not part of our fees.
When you opt in, Campaigns That Convert LLC will send you text messages about your inquiry, appointment reminders, and marketing updates.
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number, or by otherwise giving express consent to receive texts from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t get more texts from this program unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Google, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, and GoHighLevel are trademarks of their respective owners. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
The site links to third-party services such as Calendly, Google, and our free audit tool. We’re not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campaigns That Convert LLC won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the SMS program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
